Reliable for hiring

Another solid experience with ZipRecruiter. This is my third time using them for candidate sourcing, and it's always pretty consistent. I signed up for the resume database access this time around and found a few excellent prospects for a technical role. The AI recruitment tools have definitely improved since my first go-round a couple of years ago; they seem to understand my job description templates better now. It's just a reliable platform for finding good people.

Good candidate matching, slow support

I used their small business hiring plan to look for a marketing assistant last month. The candidate matching worked pretty well, got some decent resumes quick. It took 3 days to find a few good ones. My main issue was when I had a question about billing, customer service took almost 24 hours to get back to me, which felt a bit long when I was trying to get things sorted out quickly. Overall, it got the job done for the price.

Anyone used ZipRecruiter for hiring vs. Indeed? Wondering which one's better for finding good candidates, especially for small biz.

C Carly 2 months ago
I've used both. ZipRecruiter's AI matching is pretty decent, definitely saves time screening. Indeed gets more raw applications but quality can vary a lot more.

Depends on the role, honestly. For some niche stuff, ZipRecruiter pulled better matches for me. Indeed has a wider reach sometimes, though.

Thinking of posting a job soon. Any current free trial stuff for new employers? Don't wanna pay full price right away if I don't have to.

W Wendy 2 months ago
Yeah they usually have a 4-day free trial. Just look for it when you're signing up for an employer account, it's pretty standard.

Can confirm, got a free trial last month. Just make sure you're a first-time user cause I think that's usually the catch.
